ELITE-04 is the only Electronic warfare exercise in Europe this year, so the only chance for the EW squadrons of NATO to send a detachment to either Neuburg or Lechfeld. For twoo weeks of EW training in Bavaria. Neuburg played host to the civilian contingent of the exercise, with aircraft from phoenix air, FRA Aviation and their German counterparts GFD as well as the Norwegian AF EW Learjet. Lechfeld took on the Fighters with Jets from Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, Sweden, Turkey and Greece using this Base.
