The NATO Tiger meet is one of the oldest exercises within NATO, and dates back to the 1960?s. however this isn?t just a flying exercise, it is one of its kind because the comradeship between the squadrons is something unique. Another variation from other NATO exercises is that the flying quality on itself isn?t adequate to make you the winner of the Silver Tiger Trophy, The work on the ground by de technicians is just as important. But lets not get carried away, the reason we all like it, is the amount of yellow and black paint being used to decorate their jets.
