Six times every year, NATO sets up a training course called TLP (Tactical Leadership Program). During four weeks pilots train how to lead and organize a multi national Flight package, being it strike Suppression of enemy air defense or air defense. During TLP 2005?03 there where among others, Turkish F?16 Fighting Falcons, Spanish F?18 Hornets and Mirage F?1M, English Tornado F.3 and GR.4.
